Cribbage

 

​Ever been in a bar and heard 'fifteen - two; fifteen - four; two for the pair; and three for the run'? Wondered what 'one for his nob or two for his heels' means?

 

Well, the speaker is probably playing Cribbage - Crib for short.  Do you know what the 'Crib' actually is?

 

If you know how to play or fancy learning a reasonably fast paced card game that needs you to be able to add up to 15 (or sometimes 31), spot a pair of matching cards (e.g. 2 Queens) or notice a run of 3 or card (e.g. a 5,a  6,and a 7) then come and give it a go.

 

Full training will be given.

 

Meeting every Wednesday afternoon 1pm - 4pm at Lucien's Wine Bar, 5-7 Newbegin, Hornsea.
